Tom Brown’s construction career began in 1976 as a journeyman carpenter. His technical and managerial abilities enabled him to achieve more responsible positions throughout the years. Brett Biel originates from upstate New York where he graduated high school and received a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering. Brett's construction experience began prior to and continued after receiving his Bachelor's Degree.
